willow + Rush will always attempt to make it our priority to ship your purchase within 72 hours. you will receive an e-mail stating that your purchase has been received and another to notify you when your package has shipped. if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the candle(s), please contact willow + rush at info@willowandrush.com so that we may correct your purchase.

if your candle was damaged during transit, please email us at info@willowandrush.com, subject line: damage candle, and please include a picture of the damage. We will get back to you asap.
